Abbey Vale Vat 308 Shiraz ( AUR107SH)
Displays violets, raspberry and mint on the nose. Medium bodied, the palate is driven by berry flavors (raspberry, mulberry and strawberries) finishing with a slightly spicy character yet retaining a full fruit based and mellow follow through.
Abbey Vale Vat 253 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc (AUW107SS)
Pale straw. Citrus overtones from the Semillon are most evident with a subtle grassy hint of Sauvignon being obvious. A residual sweetness of three grams per litre is well balanced with the fruit components. Acid is lively but will soften after about six months in the bottle. The typical tropical flavours of ripe Margaret River fruit are most obvious in this pleasant easy drinking style.

Pale to medium straw in color, this wine displays melon, peach and vanilla character on the nose, with citrus overtones. The palate is full bodied with peach, pear and creamy vanilla custard oak characters, fruit citrus finish with good length.

The wine has a deep bright red color. The wine exhibits attractive black currant and plum fruit characters. These characters are complimented by well-integrated cinnamon/ vanilla oak derived notes. The palate is excellently balanced with juicy sweet fruit characters supported by soft fine tannins giving the wine texture and structure. The wine great depth and complexity of flavors and shows excellent persistence.

The wine is deep red to purple in color. Fresh mulberry and blackberry aromas are displayed with a subtle hint of oak. The palate exhibits ripe berry fruit characters, with a very soft mouth feel and crisp clean finish. This wine is best-enjoyed young and fresh.
Cassegrain q series Semillon chardonnay (AUW105CS)
It shows ripe peach aromas complemented by hints of melon and underscored by fine grapefruit characters. The wine is well balanced and finishes crisp and dry with good persistence.

This wine is characterized by sweet plumy fruit characters and soft tannins. The wine has been made with a mininium of oak maturation to ensure that the soft fruit tannins of the variety are not covered with oak tannin. It has a combination of sweet plum and vanilla characters.
Perrini merlot (AUR108ME)
Vibrant red in color this wine displays characteristic so true to enjoyable Merlot. An inviting bouquet of rich fruits, black cherry and spice intermingle with chocolate tones on palate. The firm tannin structure gives a long finish to this wine which makes the ideal accompaniment to Mediterranean style foods.
