Red Wine is Cassegrain "Five Mile Hollow" Exquisite Cabernet Merlot Smooth Palate and easy drinking Red, not too powerful yet has a nice follow through.
White wine is a Chardonnay Semillon blend which is crisp and fruity. A very pleasant white and must be served chilled. Delightfully fresh and a wonderful hot afternoon "sipper" drink
